When you arrive
Opening any page on terrabattle2.com makes your browser ask our server for it. The server jots down three things: your IP address, the moment of the request and the address of the page you wanted. Those lines exist so that crashes, odd traffic spikes and break-in attempts can be traced afterwards.
While you read
The site sets a handful of cookies that WordPress needs in order to function. Nothing here follows you from one website to another, and no advertising profile is assembled about you. If you refuse every cookie, articles still open normally; only logging in as an editor would break.
If you leave a comment
Where comments are switched on under a post, the form takes a name, an e-mail address and the message itself. The name and text appear publicly. The e-mail address stays hidden from readers and is only used if a reply is needed.
When you write to us
A message sent to [email protected] reaches the editor and nobody else. Your address is used to answer you and for no other purpose.
When you leave
Nothing is sold, rented or handed to third parties. Server log lines are wiped on a rolling schedule of a few weeks. Comments stay until you ask for removal or the post itself is retired. Mailbox correspondence is cleared out after the matter is settled, typically within the year.

- Want to know what is stored about you? Mail us and we will search logs, comments and the mailbox.
- Spot a mistake in a comment name or address? Tell us and it will be fixed.
- Prefer everything erased? Say so, and we will delete what we can find.

Terra Battle coverage is written for adults and teenagers. Kids under thirteen should read with a parent nearby, and we do not knowingly collect details from them.
